Program Director – Strategy Execution & Transformation Office About SOL Gulf SOL Gulf is a technology and consulting company delivering digital transformation and technology solutions across Saudi Arabia and the region. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Program Director to establish and lead a Strategy Execution & Value Realization Office for a major Saudi enterprise client. The role will oversee a multi-year digital and technology transformation portfolio, ensuring effective governance, executive reporting, delivery assurance, and business value realization. Key Responsibilities • Establish and lead the transformation office, including its operating model, governance forums, and decision-making framework. • Manage executive stakeholder engagement and Steering Committee reporting. • Oversee portfolio governance, stage-gate reviews, risks, issues, and dependencies. • Develop executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and performance reporting. • Lead benefits and value realization activities. • Manage and coach multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with PMOs, enterprise architects, and vendors. • Ensure delivery against agreed milestones and support knowledge transfer to the client. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including at least 8 years leading strategy execution, PMO, portfolio governance, or transformation offices. • Proven experience managing large-scale digital transformation programs involving multiple initiatives and vendors. • Experience in Saudi Arabia, particularly with government or government-linked organizations, is strongly preferred. • PMP, PgMP, MSP, P3O, or equivalent certification is strongly preferred. • Strong executive communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • Fluent English required; Arabic proficiency strongly preferred. Job Details Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time, project-based assignment (12–36 months) Availability: Immediate to 30 days' notice preferred. Saudi nationals or candidates holding a transferable Saudi iqama are preferred.
