Job Objective Lead and manage digital projects from initiation through execution and closure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives while delivering on time, within budget, and in compliance with enterprise governance frameworks (PMO). Key Responsibilities 1. Project Lifecycle Management • Plan and manage digital projects across all lifecycle phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure) • Develop and maintain key project documentation (Project Charter, PID, project plans) • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and KPIs 2. Governance & Compliance • Ensure adherence to EPMO standards, policies, and methodologies • Establish and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) • Ensure compliance with recognized frameworks (PMI, COBIT, ITIL4, PMO3) 3. Stakeholder Management • Engage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders • Manage communication with executive leadership and key stakeholders • Prepare and present periodic reports (operational, tactical, executive) 4. Execution & Monitoring • Monitor project performance across schedule, cost, quality, and scope • Manage change requests and scope adjustments • Identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation and resolution plans 5. Resource & Team Management • Build and lead cross-functional project teams • Allocate resources and manage workload effectively • Monitor team performance and ensure accountability 6. Requirements & Solution Management • Gather and analyze business and technical requirements (functional & non-functional) • Collaborate with digital and technical teams to design solutions • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations 7. Closure & Knowledge Transfer • Ensure proper handover to operations and business units • Document lessons learned and best practices • Prepare final project closure reports and performance evaluations Qualifications Education • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field Experience • 6-8 years of experience in project management, preferably in digital or technology-driven projects • Experience working within PMO / EPMO environments is highly preferred Skills Technical Skills • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2) • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or similar) • Understanding of digital transformation domains (AI, Data, Systems, Applications) Management Skills • Leadership and team management • Strategic planning and execution • Risk and issue management Soft Skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects

6-8 years of experience in project management, preferably in digital or technology-driven projects. Experience working within PMO / EPMO environments is highly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
