Sales and Marketing Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Director to lead sales and marketing across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, and Georgia. Reporting to the Commercial Director, this role will drive revenue growth, strengthen market positioning, and ensure consistent commercial performance across all markets. What you'll do • Translate commercial strategy into actionable sales and marketing plans, budgets, and targets for each market and branch. • Lead, coach, and develop branch sales managers and teams, ensuring consistent sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting. • Drive the entire customer journey, from lead generation and campaign execution to conversion, negotiation, and closing. • Align sales and marketing to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue generation. • Oversee digital and offline marketing, including paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, content, events, PR, and agency partnerships. • Ensure consistent brand positioning and execution across all markets. • Manage approved budgets and optimize performance against ROI, cost per lead (CPL), and cost per sale. • Monitor sales and marketing performance by branch and market, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the Commercial Director. What you bring • 8+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing, including at least 4 years in a senior leadership role. • Proven success leading multi-branch or multi-country teams and achieving revenue targets. • Experience in real estate, property development, or investment sales strongly preferred. • GCC market experience is a strong advantage. • Strong understanding of CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools. • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Proven ability to lead diverse, cross-cultural teams and drive accountability. • Fluent Arabic and English are mandatory.
