Customer Service and Sales Executive

We are looking for a friendly, confident Customer Service & Sales Executive to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, understanding their needs, and converting opportunities into sales while building lasting relationships. Visa: Own visa required Key Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a professional manner • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services • Generate leads, follow up, and close sales to meet monthly targets • Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in the CRM or ERP system • Handle complaints calmly and resolve issues promptly • Follow up after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order and service delivery Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field • [1-3] years of experience in sales or customer service (freshers with strong communication skills may apply) • Excellent spoken and written English; Hindi, or other languages are an advantage • Strong negotiation, listening, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus • Target-driven, with a positive attitude and a customer-first mindset • Valid UAE visa
