We're Hiring | Clinic Coordinator The Eye Consultants Center announces a vacancy for a Clinic Coordinator. Responsibilities: • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule clinic appointments and surgeries. • Communicate with patients, provide pre- and post-procedure instructions, and follow up on appointments. • Receive patients and help minimize waiting times. • Coordinate with physicians and clinical, insurance, and administrative teams, ensuring patient files are complete. • Monitor pre-surgery readiness, handle patient complaints, and maintain patient confidentiality. Requirements: • Previous experience in clinic coordination or specialized medical centers. • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure. • Computer proficiency and experience with clinic management systems. • Fluency in Arabic and English.
