Restaurant Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our Hospitality Department as part of our continued operational development and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. The role is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, supervising service staff, ensuring consistent service standards, and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction while supporting the overall efficiency and performance of the restaurant. Job Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient food and beverage service. • Lead, guide, and monitor restaurant staff, including waiters and other service personnel, to maintain high service standards and productivity. • Ensure excellent guest service by addressing customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly. • Monitor staff attendance, duty schedules, and work assignments to ensure adequate operational coverage. • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation, order accuracy, and smooth service delivery. • Monitor restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and compliance with company policies and operational standards. • Assist in monitoring inventory, stock levels, and restaurant supplies while minimizing wastage. • Prepare operational reports and support management in improving restaurant performance and service quality. Qualifications: • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a hotel, resort, or high-volume dining establishment. • Previous experience supervising and leading restaurant service teams. • Good knowledge of food and beverage service operations, restaurant procedures, and guest relations. • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on operational requirements.
