Mandatory Skills Hands-on experience with Pega Platform and its data management capabilities. Strong understanding of Pega data objects, data classes, properties, and data modeling. Experience configuring data pages, data transforms, and data mapping rules. Knowledge of data sources, data access patterns, and data integration. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and enterprise application integrations. Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Experience with data validation, troubleshooting, and quality assurance. Understanding of Pega rule resolution, application structure, and development best practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and customer profile data. Knowledge of customer data integration, customer segmentation, and decisioning data requirements. Exposure to data flows, ETL concepts, batch processing, and data transformation. Familiarity with data governance, data quality, metadata, and master data management. Experience in banking, financial services, customer relationship management, or enterprise workflow applications. Pega System Architect or Senior System Architect certification. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 3–6 years of relevant Pega development, data management, or enterprise application experience. Experience working with business and technical teams to deliver data-related solutions. Ability to translate business data requirements into technical configurations. Key Screening Criteria Strong hands-on experience with Pega data pages, data transforms, data objects, and data modeling. Experience integrating and retrieving data from enterprise systems. Working knowledge of SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and JSON/XML. Ability to troubleshoot data quality, mapping, and integration issues. Exposure to Pega CDH or customer decisioning data is an advantage."
