Mandatory Skills Experience in software quality assurance and testing of Pega-based applications. Understanding of Pega PRPC / Pega Platform architecture and application functionality. Experience testing case management, workflows, business rules, and process automation. Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. Ability to create test scenarios, test cases, test data, and test execution reports. Experience in defect logging, tracking, retesting, and defect lifecycle management. Understanding of data pages, data transforms, integrations, and rule behavior. Working knowledge of SQL for backend data validation. Exposure to REST/SOAP APIs and API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI. Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience testing Pega Customer Service, Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH), or other Pega frameworks. Exposure to automation testing tools and frameworks. Knowledge of performance, security, and accessibility testing. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release validation. Pega certification or relevant Pega testing training. Banking or financial services domain experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 3–6 years of relevant QA/testing experience, preferably with Pega applications. Proven experience validating enterprise workflows and business-critical applications. Key Screening Criteria Hands-on Pega application testing experience. Strong functional and regression testing skills. Experience validating case lifecycles, business rules, data pages, and integrations. Working knowledge of SQL and API testing. Proven experience with defect management and test documentation."
