The new state-of-the-art facility will strengthen Abu Dhabi's position as a global hub for healthcare innovation and excellence. We are now looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team and support patients through one of the most important journeys of their lives, with clinical care and genuine compassion at the centre. About the Role You will provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatment, from their first consultation through monitoring, procedures, and follow-up. You will explain treatment steps clearly, support patients emotionally, and work closely with doctors and embryologists to deliver safe, personalised care. Key Responsibilities • Assess, monitor, and care for patients before, during, and after fertility procedures • Prepare patients for consultations, scans, and procedures, and explain each step clearly • Administer medications and injections according to clinical protocols • Support patients emotionally, especially during stressful or uncertain moments • Assist with gynecological examinations and procedures • Maintain accurate clinical records and follow data protection requirements such as GDPR • Follow infection control, health and safety, and clinic procedures • Collaborate with doctors, embryologists, and reception colleagues to keep care coordinated What You Bring • A recognised nursing registration and current clinical licence • Healthcare experience, ideally in fertility, IVF, gynecology, obstetrics, or women's health • Fluent English, both spoken and written • A warm, empathetic manner and the ability to put anxious patients at ease • Clear communication skills and the ability to explain medical information simply • Strong attention to detail, discretion, and a commitment to confidentiality • Good organisation, with the ability to stay calm in a busy clinical environment • Willingness to contribute to building a new clinic's standards and processes Why Join Us? A recognised nursing registration and current clinical licence. Healthcare experience, ideally in fertility, IVF, gynecology, obstetrics, or women's health. Fluent English, both spoken and written.
