Job title Registered Nurse – full-time, on-site at Endocare Clinic, Dubai. The Registered Nurse delivers the nursing care in Endocare's medicated weight-loss and metabolic programmes. The role covers blood draws and vital signs, injections and teaching patients to self-inject, follow-up of patients on treatment, and keeping the clinic safe and compliant. The nurse works closely with our consultant endocrinologist, coaches and front-desk team. Patients get personalised coaching during their medicated treatment and beyond, so their weight loss lasts. • We are looking for a qualified, caring Registered Nurse to join our team. Qualifications and experience Required • Registered Nurse with 3+ years of experience with an active DHA licence • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate • Confident in phlebotomy, taking vital signs and giving subcutaneous and intramuscular injections • Comfortable working with electronic medical records • Fluent English, written and spoken A plus • Experience in endocrinology, diabetes or metabolic health, for example as a diabetes educator or in an outpatient clinic • Experience with GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide or tirzepatide, and teaching patients to self-inject Duties and responsibilities Clinical assessments • Draw blood and prepare, label and send samples to the partner laboratory • Take vital signs, weight, waist circumference and body-composition measurements, and record them accurately • Prepare patients and rooms for consultations and assist the doctor during examinations Injections and patient education • Give injections as prescribed, including the first dose of GLP-1 medications • Teach patients to self-inject safely: technique, dose steps, storage, sharps disposal • Explain common side effects and how to manage them, and when to contact the clinic • Support patients alongside our coaches on nutrition, activity and treatment adherence Clinic operations and compliance • Manage medication and medical supply stock, including fridge temperature logs and the cold chain for injectable medications • Apply infection-control standards and keep treatment rooms clean, stocked and safe • Keep complete, timely nursing notes in the EMR • Keep the clinic ready for DHA inspections and audits, and help write and update nursing policies Who you are • Highly professional in conduct, communication and appearance • Diligent, with strong attention to detail and high standards for safety and documentation • Caring, patient and non-judgemental with people living with obesity • Calm and clear when explaining treatment, including to anxious patients • Proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of nursing processes in a growing clinic • A team player who works well with doctors, coaches and the front desk What you can expect • Space to take responsibility and develop your own ideas • A chance to shape nursing care in a fast-growing specialty clinic • A productive and respectful work environment • Competitive pay Show more Show less
