Production Supervisor

🚀 We're Hiring | Production Supervisor – Switchgear Manufacturing 📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 🏭 Industry: Electrical Equipment Manufacturing – Switchgear We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team and oversee daily manufacturing and assembly operations within the switchgear industry. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise daily production and assembly activities to ensure production targets are achieved. • Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and resources to optimize production efficiency. • Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery in accordance with quality and safety standards. • Lead and manage shop-floor operations, ensuring smooth workflow and effective team performance. • Identify production bottlenecks, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement corrective actions. • Coordinate with production, quality, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient manufacturing processes. • Monitor employee productivity and implement continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards. • Prepare production reports and maintain accurate operational documentation. Requirements: • Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant technical discipline. • Minimum 10 years of experience in switchgear manufacturing and production operations. • Strong experience in manpower planning, shop-floor management, and production scheduling. • Proven experience supervising manufacturing and assembly teams. • Good knowledge of HSE requirements within manufacturing environments. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Good command of English. • Proficiency in MS Office applications
