Key Responsibilities: • Assemble and install electrical components in switchgear panels. • Perform control and power wiring, cable crimping, splicing, and termination according to approved drawings. • Install MCBs, MCCBs, RCBOs, control relays, and related electrical components. • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and rectify electrical faults in switchgear panels. • Perform wiring modifications, cable tagging, and labeling. • Use electrical testing instruments, including multimeters, clamp meters, and insulation testers. • Follow company safety procedures and quality standards. Requirements: • Previous hands-on experience in a switchgear manufacturing factory is mandatory. • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematic drawings, wiring diagrams, ladder logic, and termination schedules. • Strong knowledge of electrical control and power wiring. • Experience in electrical assembly, cable termination, and troubleshooting. • Ability to work with electrical hand tools and testing equipment.
