Project Manager – Banking & Testing

Role Systems Arabia is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Banking & Testing to lead and manage end-to-end project delivery within the banking and financial services domain. The ideal candidate should have strong project management expertise, hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance, and a solid understanding of banking systems and processes. Responsibilities • Lead and manage end-to-end banking technology projects, ensuring timely delivery within defined scope, budget, and quality standards. • Oversee testing activities, including test planning, execution, defect management, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, development teams, QA teams, and vendors. • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. • Ensure effective implementation of testing methodologies and quality assurance best practices. • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. • Manage stakeholder communication, project reporting, and escalation processes. • Ensure project deliverables align with banking regulations, business requirements, and organizational standards. • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and testing processes. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience in project management within the banking and financial services sector. • Strong background in software testing, quality assurance, and UAT management. • Experience managing banking applications, digital banking platforms, or core banking systems. • Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies. • Proficiency in project management and testing tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar platforms. • Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • PMP, PRINCE2, ISTQB, or Agile certifications will be an added advantage. • Prior experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC banking sector will be preferred. • Candidates based in KSA with immediate joining availability will be given preference.
