Role Description The Site Architect is a full-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with some flexibility to work from home. This role oversees the translation of architectural concepts into built form on site, coordinating design intent with construction activities and ensuring that all work complies with project specifications, local codes, and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting drawings, conducting site inspections, resolving design and technical issues, and collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. The Site Architect will prepare and update documentation, respond to RFIs, support integration of design revisions, and monitor progress against project schedules and budgets. This position also involves advising on materials and detailing, supporting sustainable design goals, and maintaining clear communication between the studio and on-site stakeholders. Qualifications • Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with proven experience delivering high-end, premium projects. • Experience with Software Development and Integration in the context of architecture (e.g., BIM workflows, design-to-construction coordination tools). • Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation. • Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, BIM platforms), and familiarity with digital collaboration tools. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field, and eligibility for local professional registration where applicable. • Experience working on international or multicultural projects and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary, geographically dispersed teams. • Knowledge of local building codes, construction practices, and regulatory requirements in Abu Dhabi or the wider UAE region (or willingness to quickly learn them). • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field, and eligibility for local professional registration where applicable.
