Fulfillment Center Lead (Oman)

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Fulfillment Center Lead to oversee and manage daily fulfillment operations in Oman. The role will be responsible for leading warehouse teams, ensuring efficient order processing, inventory accuracy, and timely dispatch while establishing scalable operational processes. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily fulfillment center operations, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and same-day dispatch. • Manage inventory, stock receiving, cycle counts, and stock accuracy. • Monitor order processing, backlogs, and fulfillment SLAs. • Coordinate daily courier pickups and monitor delivery performance. • Lead and supervise storekeepers and e-commerce workers. • Establish and implement operational SOPs and improve warehouse efficiency. • Track operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports. • Ensure fulfillment readiness during campaigns and peak sales periods. Requirements: • Minimum 4 years of experience in Fulfillment, Warehouse, or E-Commerce Operations. • At least 2 years of team leadership experience. • Experience managing high-volume order fulfillment and courier operations. • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. • Experience with WMS / OMS and e-commerce platforms; Omniful and Salla are a plus. • Strong Microsoft Excel, reporting, and analytical skills. • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
