Software Quality Assurance Lead (Capital markets Experience)

QA Lead / QA Sr. Tester (Capital Markets Domain) Location: On-site (Riyadh) Key Responsibilities • Analyze, review, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements for Capital Markets applications. • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts to ensure complete business and system coverage. • Perform Functional, System Integration (SIT), Integration, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. • Validate end-to-end Capital Markets business processes, including order management, trade execution, trade processing, settlement, clearing, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting. • Test applications supporting Equities, Fixed Income, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Derivatives, and Investment Management products. • Verify market data feeds, pricing engines, portfolio management processes, corporate actions, and related financial workflows. • Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution while maintaining high-quality delivery standards. • Conduct data validation and transaction verification across multiple systems and interfaces. • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure complete test coverage. • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives. • Prepare test execution reports, testing metrics, and status updates for project stakeholders.  Mandatory Skills & Experience • Strong hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing. • Proven experience in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Brokerage, Securities Trading, Asset Management, or Wealth Management projects. • Strong understanding of Capital Markets business processes and trade lifecycle management. • Experience in test planning, test execution, defect management, and test reporting. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
