Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Doha, Qatar. The Sales Executive will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with retail and wholesale customers, promoting the company’s food products, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting sales visits, preparing quotations, and following up on leads and inquiries. The role involves monitoring market trends and competitor activities, supporting promotional campaigns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery. The Sales Executive will also handle basic sales reporting, maintain accurate customer records, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer satisfaction. Qualifications • Proven experience in sales, preferably in food, FMCG, or retail trading environments. • Strong customer relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills. • Ability to identify opportunities, meet sales targets, and work in a fast-paced setting. • Comfort with basic sales reporting, record-keeping, and use of common office software. • Knowledge of the Doha and broader Qatar market is an advantage. • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic are beneficial. • High level of professionalism, integrity, and teamwork, with a results-driven mindset. • Valid work authorization in Qatar and willingness to work on-site with flexible hours as needed. • Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
