About the Role. Job Location: Kuwait. Department: On Sync Energy Management Services Company. Job Responsibilities • Repair, maintain, fabricate, and install GRP/RTRP pipes and fittings up to 40 inches in diameter. • Work with various GRP pipe jointing systems, including adhesive-bonded, laminated, mechanical, and O-ring joints. • Perform pipe shaving, surface preparation, heating, and adhesive bonding using appropriate tools and equipment. • Use pipe pullers, band clamps, heating blankets, field ovens, cutting tools, grinders, and temperature gauges. • Identify and apply suitable adhesives and resins, following specified mixing ratios and curing times. • Safely cut, prepare, and install GRP pipes and fittings in accordance with applicable safety procedures. • Cut and fit gaskets and ensure proper flange alignment on vessels and pipelines. • Assist with dismantling, cleaning, assembling, adjusting, and maintaining mechanical equipment. • Follow workplace safety requirements and maintain effective communication with team members. Qualification Requirements • Secondary School Certificate or higher. • Minimum 3 years of practical experience in GRP/RTRP piping repair, replacement, fabrication, and installation within the Oil & Gas industry. • Hands-on experience with GRP pipe jointing methods, adhesives, resins, and related installation tools. • Familiarity with industrial equipment and piping systems, including process vessels, heat exchangers, coolers, and valves. • Ability to understand and follow technical and safety procedures. • Good English communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
