The Senior Manager will focus on managing a portfolio of complex projects, driving end-to-end delivery, and coordinating closely with design teams, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. The role also involves project governance, value engineering, cost and schedule control, risk management, quality assurance, and asset handover. The Associate Director will take on a broader leadership and oversight role, managing allocated projects and delivery teams, developing project delivery strategies, overseeing consultants and contractors, driving procurement and commercial coordination, and monitoring overall project performance. The position also involves leading risk mitigation, managing change control and claims, overseeing quality and technical performance, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring successful project completion and handover. We are interested in professionals with: • Extensive experience in project delivery within large-scale real estate, infrastructure, mixed-use, or master development projects in UAE. • A strong track record of managing complex projects from design development through construction and handover. • Proven expertise in programme management, budgeting, procurement, commercial management, risk mitigation, and quality assurance. • Experience managing consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills. Experience managing consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
