Senior Manager – Projects- Emirati Talent Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Real Estate Development Monthly Salary: AED 48,000 Our client, a leading organisation in the real estate development sector, is seeking an experienced Emiratis for their Senior Manager – Projects to oversee the planning, execution and delivery of major development projects. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered in accordance with approved timelines, budgets, quality standards and business objectives. Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end delivery of real estate development projects, from planning and design coordination through construction, handover and completion. • Develop and monitor project execution plans, schedules, budgets and resource requirements. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors and relevant government authorities to ensure timely project delivery. • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and implement corrective measures to mitigate delays and cost overruns. • Oversee project budgets, cost control, procurement activities and contractual obligations. • Ensure compliance with approved designs, technical specifications, quality standards, health and safety requirements, and applicable UAE regulations. • Prepare regular project progress reports, management updates and performance dashboards. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline. • Significant experience in project delivery, preferably within real estate development, construction or large-scale infrastructure projects. • Proven experience managing complex projects across multiple phases, from design and planning through execution and handover. • Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost management, procurement, contract administration and risk mitigation. • Must have relevant project delivery and leadership experience.
