MEP Project Manager

As part of its continued growth, the company is seeking an accomplished MEP Project Manager to lead project execution, drive operational excellence, and ensure the successful delivery of major MEP works in Abu Dhabi. The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional with extensive MEP experience to take ownership of project delivery, lead multidisciplinary teams, and collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve project objectives while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. Key Responsibilities • Lead the complete lifecycle of MEP projects, from planning and mobilisation through execution, testing, commissioning, and handover. • Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems to ensure compliance with design specifications and project requirements. • Develop and monitor project programmes, budgets, resource plans, and procurement schedules. • Manage site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to maintain progress and resolve project challenges. • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure effective coordination with relevant UAE authorities. • Monitor project costs, variations, contractual obligations, and commercial performance. • Ensure compliance with quality assurance, HSE requirements, UAE regulations, and applicable industry standards. • Proactively identify risks, implement corrective measures, and drive continuous improvement across project operations. What We're Looking For • 18–20 years of progressive experience in MEP project management within the construction or engineering sector. • Solid knowledge of UAE (particularly Abu Dhabi) building regulations, authority approvals, and project delivery standards. • Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and firefighting systems. • Proven experience managing large-scale, complex MEP projects from inception to completion. • Strong understanding of project planning, cost management, contract administration, and risk mitigation. • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders. • Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
