Senior Sales Manager

Job Description The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales function to maximize business growth and profitability. The role involves developing strategic sales plans, maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying new market opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the achievement of sales objectives. The Senior Sales Manager also provides leadership, coaching, and guidance to the sales team while collaborating with internal stakeholders to support overall business goals. Responsibilities • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to recommend business improvements. • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports. • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with clients. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. • Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to enhance business performance. • Conduct regular sales reviews and implement corrective actions when required. • Represent the company in meetings, events, and industry functions. • Ensure compliance with company policies and business standards. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. • Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or senior sales role. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Strong leadership, team management, and coaching abilities. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. • Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute them effectively. • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
