Guest Experience Agent for a clinic

We are looking for a Guest Experience Agent to join a prestigious Clinic in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. • Salary: 8,000 SAR • 5 Days working Requirements: • Previous experience in Guest Experience, Guest Relations, Front Office, Reception, or Hospitality • Excellent communication and customer service skills Qualifications • Strong customer service and guest relations skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and supportive environment for patients and visitors. • Effective communication skills, including clear spoken and written English; Arabic language skills are an advantage. • Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks, manage busy front-desk operations, and prioritize patient needs. • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information, documentation, and administrative processes. • Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, or customer-facing role in healthcare or hospitality is preferred. • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and maintain professional conduct under pressure. • High level of integrity, respect for confidentiality, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory patient care.
