The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and find living spaces that fit this criteria. You will then negotiate rent and drive our buyers to close. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success. Responsibilities • Buy, sell, and resell residential properties across Dubai. • Generate leads through cold calls, networking, and referrals. • Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors. • Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals. • Maintain an updated portfolio of available properties. • Follow up with potential clients and close transactions. • Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends. Qualifications • Minimum 6 months of UAE real estate experience. • Good knowledge of Dubai's property market. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Self-motivated and target-driven. • UAE driving licence and own car preferred. • RERA certification is an advantage
