About the role: We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team in NEOM, providing excellent customer service throughout the car rental journey. Key Responsibilities: • Manage reservations, bookings, modifications, and cancellations. • Explain rental policies, pricing, contracts, and insurance options. • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. • Process payments and prepare invoices. • Coordinate vehicle delivery and assist customers with breakdowns or accidents. • Promote available offers and services. What We’re Looking For: • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. • 0–2 years of customer service experience. • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
