Role Description We are seeking a creative and visually driven professional to develop compelling design concepts, strengthen brand identity, and produce engaging visual content across digital and print platforms. This role combines creative thinking, design execution, and visual communication to ensure that all creative materials reflect the brand's identity, communicate clear messages, and support wider business objectives. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of visual concepts, campaign materials, brand assets, marketing graphics, presentations, and promotional content. Responsibilities include interpreting creative briefs, understanding target audiences, developing design directions, and transforming ideas into polished visual outputs. The role requires a balance of originality, consistency, and practical execution, ensuring that each design is visually appealing and appropriate for its intended purpose. Depending on project requirements, the position may involve creating logos, layouts, advertisements, social media graphics, digital banners, brochures, packaging concepts, editorial materials, and other visual assets. The successful candidate will collaborate with marketing, communications, content, and business teams to understand project goals, coordinate creative requirements, and deliver materials that align with established brand guidelines. For projects requiring creative direction, the role may also involve developing visual themes, establishing design standards, presenting concepts, reviewing creative work, and providing constructive feedback to maintain quality and consistency. The position supports the translation of broader campaign ideas into cohesive visual experiences while ensuring that creative decisions remain aligned with the intended message and audience. Additional responsibilities include preparing design files for different formats, organizing creative assets, reviewing layouts for accuracy, incorporating feedback, and managing revisions throughout the production process. The role may also involve coordinating with photographers, illustrators, printers, agencies, and other creative partners to ensure that final deliverables meet the required specifications. The successful candidate will stay informed about design trends, visual storytelling techniques, emerging creative tools, and evolving digital formats. By combining artistic judgment with attention to detail and an understanding of brand communication, this role helps strengthen brand recognition, improve audience engagement, and maintain a consistent visual presence across communication channels. Qualifications • A degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Creative Media, or a related field is preferred. • Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, composition, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. • Ability to develop original creative concepts and translate briefs into clear, engaging, and effective visual materials. • Familiarity with branding, advertising, digital marketing content, social media design, and print production requirements. • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; familiarity with Figma or other creative tools is an advantage. • A creative portfolio demonstrating visual thinking, design versatility, attention to detail, and consistency in execution. • Ability to maintain brand guidelines while adapting designs to different audiences, platforms, and communication objectives. • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain creative decisions and respond constructively to feedback. • Good organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple creative tasks, revisions, and deadlines. • Understanding of file preparation, image formats, resolution, print specifications, and digital asset requirements. • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with marketing, content, and other creative professionals. • Creativity, initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to producing high-quality visual work.
