Receptionist / Telecommunications Executive

Key Responsibilities: • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally. • Welcome and register patients and manage appointments. • Coordinate patient bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups. • Respond to patient inquiries via phone and other communication channels. • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure excellent customer service. Requirements: • Previous experience in reception, telecommunication, or customer service, preferably in a medical center. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Good telephone etiquette and patient-handling skills. • Proficiency in computer systems and appointment scheduling. • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. • Fluency in English & Arabic.
