Retail Sales Specialist

Location: Kuwait Salary: Basic salary + target-based commission About Pet Point Pet Point is a growing pet retail and services company in Kuwait. We offer a wide range of pet products through our retail branches, mobile application, and delivery platforms, in addition to professional pet grooming and swimming services. We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. Key Responsibilities: • Welcome customers and help them select suitable products. • Promote products and achieve assigned sales targets. • Apply cross-selling and upselling techniques. • Explain product features, benefits, and current offers. • Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally. • Operate the cashier system and process payments accurately. • Arrange products attractively and apply the FIFO principle. • Monitor stock levels and participate in inventory counts. Requirements: • Applicants must currently reside in Kuwait. • Must speak Arabic fluently and be proficient in the Kuwaiti dialect. • Previous retail sales experience is preferred. • Strong communication, customer-service, and sales skills. • Ability to handle cash and use cashier systems. • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is an advantage. • Flexibility to work rotating morning and evening shifts. • Weekly day off will vary according to business requirements.
