Sales Associate – Retail

Sales Associate Location: UAE Function: Retail Sales / Customer Service Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract Job Summary We are looking for a customer-focused and target-driven Sales Associate to support retail sales, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to store revenue and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Greet and assist customers with product selection. • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. • Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions. • Drive sales and achieve individual/store targets. • Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities. • Process transactions using POS systems. • Maintain product displays and store presentation standards. • Replenish stock and support basic inventory activities. • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally. • Maintain accurate sales and customer records. • Support promotional campaigns and store activities. • Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business. • Follow company policies, grooming standards, and store procedures. Requirements • Previous experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service, or Sales Promotion is preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Customer-focused and confident in a sales environment. • Target-driven with good selling and negotiation ability. • Basic knowledge of POS and retail operations. • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. • Good English communication; additional languages are an advantage.
