As an AI Presales Engineer, you will play a key role in bringing these solutions to life - working directly with enterprise customers, understanding their business challenges and designing innovative AI architectures that deliver measurable value. You'll combine hands-on technical expertise with customer engagement, solution design and commercial presales, taking AI opportunities from initial discovery through to demonstrations, proof of concepts and technical proposals. The Role: • Engage with enterprise customers to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for AI adoption. • Lead technical discovery sessions and translate business requirements into AI solutions. • Design enterprise AI architectures using LLMs, Generative AI, RAG and agentic workflows. • Develop and deliver technical demonstrations, prototypes and proof of concepts. • Work alongside sales and account management teams to develop customer opportunities. • Lead technical responses to RFPs and RFQs, including solution proposals, BOQs, BOMs and project estimates. • Present solution architectures and recommendations to technical and senior business stakeholders. • Advise customers on AI integration, scalability, security, data privacy and cloud infrastructure. Technical Experience & Qualifications: • 5+ years’ experience in AI Presales, Solutions Engineering, Solution Architecture or a similar customer-facing technical role. • Strong practical experience with Python, LLMs, Generative AI and Machine Learning. • Hands-on experience designing and architecting enterprise AI solutions using RAG, AI agents and workflow orchestration. • Experience with at least one AI orchestration platform, such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Google Vertex AI Agent Builder or Amazon Bedrock Agents. • Proven experience delivering technical demonstrations, prototypes and Proofs of Concept (PoCs). • Experience managing customer-facing presales activities, including technical discovery, solution design, RFPs/RFQs, BOQs/BOMs and technical proposals. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Data Science or a related discipline.
