Senior AI Presales Specialist

About the role

Requirements

• - Lead client discovery sessions, workshops, and technical discussions to understand business and technical requirements.
• - Identify and assess AI use cases and opportunities that can deliver measurable business value.
• - Translate client requirements into high-level AI solution concepts and technical approaches.
• - Lead technical presales activities across AI opportunities.
• - Work closely with sales and business development teams to shape and qualify AI opportunities.
• - Lead the technical contribution to RFPs, tenders, proposals, and bids.
• - Develop solution descriptions, technical approaches, assumptions, dependencies, and high-level implementation concepts.
• - Prepare and deliver compelling AI presentations and solution demonstrations to technical and executive stakeholders.
• - Lead or support AI Proof-of-Concept (PoC) activities during the presales cycle.
• - Develop conceptual solution architectures, workflows, and technical diagrams.
• - Evaluate and recommend relevant AI technologies, platforms, integrations, and approaches.
• - Collaborate with AI architects, engineers, enterprise architects, cybersecurity, and delivery teams to validate proposed solutions.
• - Communicate technical concepts, capabilities, limitations, risks, and dependencies clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• - Support technical clarification meetings and client negotiations when required.
• - Stay current with emerging AI technologies, market trends, and enterprise AI use cases.
• - Develop reusable AI demonstrations, solution assets, technical content, and presales materials.
• - Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members where required.
• Required Qualifications & Experience
• - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• - 4+ years of professional experience in technology, consulting, solution engineering, presales, or a related field.
• - Strong experience in AI Presales, AI Consulting, Solution Consulting, Solution Architecture, or Technical Presales.
• - Proven experience engaging directly with enterprise or government clients.
• - Strong experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• - Experience leading or contributing to complex technology sales opportunities.
• - Strong experience with technical proposals, RFPs, tenders, and bid responses.
• - Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive-level stakeholders.
