Front Desk Agent Location: The Palm, Dubai, UAE Industry: International Branded Resort Basic Salary: AED 2,250 per month We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join an international branded resort on The Palm. Key Responsibilities: • Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out • Handle guest enquiries and provide helpful information • Answer calls and coordinate with other hotel departments • Deliver professional, attentive guest service Requirements: • German, Spanish, Chinese or French language skills are preferred • Previous hotel or front office experience is an advantage • Knowledge of PMS systems, such as OPERA, is an advantage. • Strong communication and customer service skills • Professional, presentable and flexible to work shifts Package Includes: • Basic salary of AED 2,250 per month • Shared accommodation • Transportation • Employment visa • Medical insurance • Meals
