Oracle IDAM Expert

We’re Hiring: Oracle IDAM Expert Location: Oman Work Mode: Onsite Experience: 8+ Years ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced Oracle Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Expert to design, deploy, administer, integrate, and secure identity management solutions for a large-scale national Public Financial Management (PFM) system programme in Oman. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Deployment & Administration • Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Identity Manager/Identity Governance (OIM/OIG), Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), Oracle Internet Directory (OID), and Oracle Adaptive Access Manager (OAAM). • Manage WebLogic domains, clusters, patches, and performance tuning. • Conduct planned and unplanned IDAM drills. Integration & Development • Integrate IDAM with Oracle E-Business Suite, WebCenter, OBIEE, SOA, APEX, and third-party systems. • Implement integrations using SAML, OAuth, REST APIs, and related protocols. • Develop custom adapters, SOA composites, event handlers, and connectors. • Automate identity lifecycle workflows, including joiner, mover, and leaver processes. Security, Governance & Support • Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), least-privilege principles, and segregation of duties (SoD). • Conduct periodic access reviews, governance audits, and access attestation campaigns. • Support compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, and applicable security policies. • Provide Level-3 production support, troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues, and perform root cause analysis. • Maintain SOPs, operational runbooks, backup procedures, and disaster recovery documentation. • Define IAM roadmaps, policies, standards, and best practices. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. • Minimum 8 years of relevant Oracle IDAM experience. • Expertise in designing, architecting, and implementing Oracle IDAM components, including OAM, OID/OUD, OIM/OIG, OAAM, and OIF. • Hands-on experience with PKI National Card integration. • Strong knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federation protocols, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect (OIDC). • Experience designing identity lifecycle architecture covering account creation, provisioning, deprovisioning, and reconciliation. • Experience in capacity planning, high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and clustering architecture. • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
