ERP Application Specialist

About the role

Responsibilities

• Capture business requirements and implement enhancements, configuration changes, customizations, and development activities.
• Provide user training, resolve user issues, and assist users in correctly utilizing the ERP application.
• Perform daily application-level health checks covering background jobs, scheduled processes, integration queues, system performance, and error logs, escalating anomalies to the technical support team.
• Configure and maintain Development, UAT, Pre-Production, and Production environments in accordance with company's change control procedures.
• Ensure no changes are deployed to Production without formal approval from the company
• Create and maintain workflows, approval routing rules, authority matrix configurations, notification templates, lookup tables, and screen layouts based on approved change requests.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience in ERP configuration, API integration, workflow administration, and data upload tools on the proposed ERP platform.
• Assess and implement enhancement and configuration requests from business users and IT across all in-scope ERP modules.
• Maintain ERP automation through built-in workflow engines and scheduled batch processes, including payroll posting, depreciation runs, and VOWD accruals, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
