Trade Finance – Business Analysis & Testing Professionals We are hiring experienced Business Analysis and Software Testing professionals with strong *Trade Finance experience in the banking domain*. *Open Positions:* 1. Business Analysis Lead -8 to 12 yrs experience - onsite at Qatar 2. Business Analysts -5 to 8 yrs experience - remote 3. Test Lead -7 to 12 yrs experience - onsite at Qatar 4. Test Analysts -5 to 8 yrs experience - Remote ### Key Requirements – Business Analysis - Strong experience in banking, specifically Trade Finance. - Knowledge of trade finance processes, including Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees, Documentary Collections, and Import/Export Finance. - Experience in requirements gathering, BRD/FRD preparation, process mapping, and stakeholder management. - Ability to coordinate with business, technology, and testing teams. ### Key Requirements – Testing - Minimum 5 years of software testing experience. - Hands-on experience testing Trade Finance applications in a banking environment. - Knowledge of functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing. - Experience in test scenario design, test case preparation, defect management, and requirements traceability. - ISTQB or CTFL certification required.
