Job Descriptions: Role Summary: We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong Trade Finance domain expertise to support the design and implementation of digital Trade Finance journeys for SME banking. The role requires someone who can work directly with business/product stakeholders and translate complex Trade Finance processes into functional requirements, customer journeys, user stories, business rules and acceptance criteria, while collaborating closely with Product, UX, Architecture, Engineering and QA teams. Key Responsibilities: • Lead functional requirement workshops with Trade Finance business and product teams. • Define end-to-end Import/Export Letter of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantee (BG) journeys. • Document requirements, process flows, business rules, validations, exceptions, user stories and acceptance criteria. • Support maker-checker, approvals, entitlements, facilities/limits, document management and transaction lifecycle requirements. • Translate complex Trade Finance processes into simplified SME digital journeys across web and mobile. • Define functional requirements for integration between digital channels and Trade Finance back-office systems. • Work closely with Product Owners on backlog refinement and prioritization. • Support engineering and QA teams with functional clarifications and acceptance testing. Mandatory Skills: • 8+ years of banking/Business Analysis experience, with strong hands-on experience in Trade Finance. • Strong functional knowledge of: • Import & Export Letters of Credit • Bank Guarantees • Amendments and lifecycle events • Trade documents and discrepancies • Limits/facilities • Maker-checker and authorization workflows • Experience translating requirements into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria. • Experience with digital banking / Trade Finance portal implementations. • Good understanding of API/system integrations from a functional perspective. • Strong stakeholder-management and workshop-facilitation skills. • Preferred • Experience with Finastra Trade Innovation (FTI/FTI+) or another leading Trade Finance platform. • Understanding of UCP/ICC Trade Finance practices. • Exposure to sanctions/compliance processes within Trade Finance. • Experience with AI/document-intelligence enabled banking journeys would be beneficial. • Ideal Candidate
