About the role

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service preferably inside sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to build relationships and manage customer accounts.
• Target-driven with a focus on business growth.
• Good computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Previous experience in the logistics industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through outbound calls to generate new business.
• Identify sales opportunities and grow the customer base.
• Manage existing accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Promote FedEx services and solutions to customers.
• Achieve sales targets and support business growth.
• Follow up with customers and respond to their needs.
