Banquet Supervisor (Female)

• Supervise daily banquet operations and event service. • Ensure proper setup of banquet halls according to event requirements. • Brief and assign duties to banquet staff. • Monitor food and beverage service standards. • Coordinate with the Banquet Manager and other departments. • Ensure guest satisfaction and timely service. • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards. • Assist in inventory control and banquet equipment handling. • Prepare event reports and communicate operational concerns to management. • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in banquet operations or food and beverage service within a hotel or hospitality establishment. • Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred. • Hands-on experience in handling banquet events, weddings, corporate functions, and meetings. • Knowledge of banquet setup, food and beverage service, and guest relations. • Experience in supervising and coordinating banquet staff to ensure smooth event operations.
