Sales & Marketing Manager

Guildhall is representing a premium beauty and wellness company seeking a hands-on Sales & Marketing Manager to grow its skincare and wellness portfolio across B2B, B2C and e-commerce channels. Responsibilities: • Develop partnerships with hotels, luxury spas, clinics, pharmacies and wellness centres. • Deliver brand presentations, negotiate agreements and achieve sales targets. • Drive product launches, marketing campaigns, online sales and customer retention. • Track commercial performance and report directly to the President. Requirements: • 5+ years of relevant beauty, skincare or wellness sales and marketing experience. • Proven UAE experience developing B2B accounts, ideally with established hotel and spa relationships. • Strong luxury skincare knowledge and confidence explaining products and facial treatment protocols. • Experience in consumer marketing or e-commerce. • Excellent English; Arabic is an advantage.
