Business Development Executive

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. Responsibilities • Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients for recruitment services. • Drive Sales through cold calling, emails, networking and client meetings • Build and maintain strong client relationships. • Understand client manpower requirements and offer tailored recruitment solutions. • Achieve business development targets and revenue goals. • Stay updated on recruitment trends across the GCC region. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Self – motivated, target – oriented, and proactive approach. Qualifications • Graduate with Minimum 3 years of business development experience in GCC • Preference to candidates with experience in the Overseas Recruitment or Manpower Outsourcing Industry. • Strong understanding of the Gulf recruitment market. • CRM experience is preferred
