• Identify prospective clients and generate new business opportunities. • Conduct sales calls, arrange meetings and present our services. • Understand clients’ hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team. • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms and close deals. • Maintain client relationships, manage the sales pipeline and meet agreed targets.
