Role Description The Food and Beverage Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuwait City. This role oversees daily operations across assigned outlets, ensuring consistent food quality, service standards, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Responsibilities include managing front-of-house and back-of-house teams, coordinating staffing and scheduling, monitoring inventory and procurement, and optimizing cost control and profitability. The Operations Manager will review guest feedback, implement service improvements, and support training and development to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also collaborates with leadership on operational procedures, performance targets, and new concept rollouts to support the company’s growth. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including multi-outlet supervision, process optimization, and cost control. • Candidates should possess Food Service and Food & Beverage expertise, with a solid understanding of kitchen operations, menu execution, and hygiene and safety standards. • Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with experience managing guest relations and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment. • Proven leadership and team management abilities, including coaching, performance management, and building high-performing teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in using POS and operational reporting tools. • Relevant experience in restaurant or hospitality operations; prior multi-unit management experience is an advantage. • Diploma or degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred. • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs.
