Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager with a strong background in restaurant operations, team leadership, and customer service. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing restaurant operations, driving sales performance, maintaining service standards, and leading Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) teams. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and operational efficiency. • Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving assigned revenue targets. • Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, operational procedures, and service standards. • Supervise and coordinate FOH and BOH teams, ensuring high standards of customer service and food quality. • Manage staff performance, training, motivation, and development. • Monitor operational costs and support improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost control. • Coordinate with senior management on sales plans, operational priorities, and promotional activities. • Ensure employees are familiar with menu offerings, new product launches, and service procedures. • Review operational performance and recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability. • Support the supervision and performance monitoring of assigned restaurant outlets. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a Restaurant Manager or similar supervisory role. • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including FOH and BOH management. • Experience in team leadership, staff development, and performance monitoring. • Good understanding of restaurant sales, cost control, and operational planning. • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment. • Fluency in Arabic and English is required. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
