Sales Development Representative

About Sawt Sawt is the customer interactions company. We build AI software that helps enterprises run customer interactions at scale - from understanding why a customer is reaching out and responding in their language and dialect, to navigating business policies, taking action, and resolving what they came for. We believe world-class technology comes from the culture behind it - set to help define the next generation of technology. That ambition shapes how we build and who we build with: people who take ownership, find the path through, leave their ego at the door, and keep sharpening their craft together. Why this role matters Pipeline is the fuel for everything else. Without a steady flow of qualified conversations, even the best Account Executives and the best product have nothing to work with. The SDR is often the first person a prospect talks to at Sawt - the tone set in that first conversation becomes the tone of the whole relationship. Get this right, and Account Executives spend their time closing well-qualified deals instead of chasing cold leads, and momentum continues to ramp up within our commercial team. What you'll do Pipeline generation • Target accounts and contacts become a structured list worth pursuing • Outbound outreach - calls, emails, social - turns cold contacts into real conversations • Inbound interest gets followed up fast, and properly qualified before it moves forward Qualification & handoff • A conversation becomes a qualified opportunity, with the right context handed to the Account Executive team • Early objections and questions get handled well enough that a prospect stays engaged • Meetings get booked and shown up to Feedback & improvement • What's working - and what isn't - in outreach gets tracked and shared • Messaging and targeting get refined based on real response patterns • What prospects ask, push back on, and compare Sawt to flows back to sales and marketing What you bring • Comfort with high-volume outbound activity - calls, emails, social touches - without losing quality • Clear, confident communication in both Arabic and English • Resilience: rejection doesn't slow the next call down • A curious, consultative approach - you ask good, relevant questions to truly understand the problem and the opportunity • Organizational discipline: nothing falls through the cracks in the CRM • Genuine interest in building a career in sales What the process looks like • Intro call with the team • Conversation with the hiring manager • Case exercise - a mock outbound sequence and cold-call role-play • Culture fit call • Offer Powered by JazzHR ZgfdkyPbLM Show more Show less
