About Supply & Design SD Supply & Design is a Dubai-based construction and rennovation company delivering high-end interior fit-out and FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment) for luxury residential and hospitality projects across the UAE and KSA. We work closely with leading architects and international manufacturers to bring premium interiors to life. The Role We are looking for a Procurement Officer to join our procurement team, reporting to the Head of Procurement. You will manage FF&E and decoration packages from specification to delivery on site, working with local and international suppliers. Key Responsibilities • Source suppliers and manufacturers for FF&E, lighting, fabrics, accessories and decorative items based on design specifications • Issue RFQs, analyse quotations and prepare comparison sheets with clear recommendations • Negotiate pricing, lead times and payment terms; raise and track purchase orders • Follow up on production, samples, approvals and quality checks • Coordinate logistics, shipping, customs clearance and delivery to site • Maintain accurate procurement trackers, budgets and cost reports per project • Liaise with designers, project managers, finance and clients' representatives • Manage supplier records, documentation and compliance Requirements • 3 to 5 years of procurement experience in FF&E, interior fit-out, hospitality or luxury residential projects • Strong network of suppliers in the UAE, Europe (especially Italy) and Asia is a plus • Good understanding of materials, finishes and furniture specifications • Excellent negotiation, organisation and follow-up skills • Proficient in Excel; ERP experience is an advantage • Fluent English; Arabic and/or French is a plus • Based in the UAE; valid UAE driving licence preferred What We Offer • Work on prestigious projects in the UAE and Saudi Arabia • Collaborative, design-driven team environment • Competitive package based on experience To apply, please submit your CV with examples of FF&E packages you have procured.
