Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for supporting and enhancing the organization’s HR operations. Day-to-day tasks include administering HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, maintaining personnel records, and supporting recruitment and onboarding activities. The role involves advising managers and team members on HR procedures, assisting with performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards. The Human Resources Specialist will also help drive employee engagement initiatives, resolve routine HR-related inquiries, and collaborate with leadership to support a positive and inclusive work environment. Qualifications Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations, along with excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
