Marketing Manager - Car Rental

We’re Hiring: Marketing Manager Location: Abu Dhabi / Dubai Eurostar Rent A Car, a member of Ali & Sons Holding LLC, is looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function and drive customer acquisition, brand visibility, and business growth across rental, leasing, and mobility solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on digital expertise and a strong focus on measurable commercial performance. Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant channels. • Drive qualified enquiries, direct bookings, and customer acquisition across rental and leasing products. • Lead SEO, website optimisation, content strategy, and social media initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and organic growth. • Improve online booking journeys, landing pages, and conversion rates through data-driven optimisation. • Develop CRM-led customer engagement strategies and improve marketing attribution and lead quality. • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including outdoor advertising, events, partnerships, and activations. • Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and external partners while monitoring campaign performance and return on investment. • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and IT teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and revenue growth. Qualifications & Experience • 7+ years of integrated and digital marketing experience. • Experience in automotive, mobility, car rental, leasing, or a closely related sector is strongly preferred. • Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, analytics, conversion optimisation, and website management. • Experience with CRM systems, marketing attribution, social media, and content strategy. • Proven ability to lead marketing resources, manage external agencies, and deliver measurable commercial results. • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
