Sales Manager – Cables & Switches (B2B)

• Job Title- Sales Manager – Cables & Switches (B2B) • Type - Permanent • Work Location – Abu Dhabi Job Summary : We are hiring a Sales Manager for a growing organisation in the cables and switches / electrical products industry. You will lead a high-performing sales team, drive revenue growth, expand our customer base and build lasting customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Achieve revenue growth and hit sales targets by managing and motivating the sales team • Design and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and strengthens market presence • Build a business plan covering sales, revenue and expense controls • Set individual sales targets with team members and track progress against goals • Lead recruitment, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives • Develop the team through mentoring, counselling, product knowledge and ongoing training • Build long-term customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs • Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to management • Identify emerging markets, market shifts, new products and competitor activity • Assign and optimise sales territories Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Engineering / Business / Marketing preferred) • 3–5 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in cables, switches, switchgear or a similar industry • Strong understanding of the relevant market and customer segments • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and leading a team • Advanced MS Excel and strong presentation skills Skills: • Sales Management, Team Leadership, Strategic Sales Planning, B2B Sales, Key Account Management, Business Development, Negotiation, Sales Forecasting, Territory Management, Revenue Growth • Cables, Switchgear, Switches, Electrical Products, Channel Sales, Distributor Management, Dealer Network, OEM Sales, EPC / Project Sales, Tender Management, Institutional Sales
