Role Description The Electrical Sales Engineer and Field Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, visiting clients at project sites, and promoting Smart Sense’s electrical product portfolio to contractors, project managers, and traders. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical product recommendations, preparing quotations, following up on leads, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing sales in line with company targets. The role also involves offering pre- and post-sales technical support, addressing customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams for order processing and delivery, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. The individual in this role will contribute to market feedback, support product positioning, and help strengthen long-term customer relationships in the UAE market. Qualifications • Strong Sales Engineering and technical product knowledge skills related to electrical materials and systems. • Proven Sales and field sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals. • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders. • Customer Service and client relationship management skills, with a focus on responsiveness and problem-solving. • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred. • Experience in electrical wholesale, distribution, or project-based sales within the UAE market is an advantage. • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, with strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to conduct regular client and site visits across Dubai and the wider

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
