Role: HR Manager Job Location: Dubai, Notice: Immediate-60 Days Nationality: UAE National (Emirati) About the Role: We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, and HR policies. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Labour Law and experience managing HR functions in a fast-paced business environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding. • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with business requirements. • Manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning across departments. • Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and staffing requirements. • Ensure compliance with Labour Law and applicable employment regulations. • Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives. • Manage employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS systems. • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution. • Monitor HR metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management. • Support training, development, and succession planning initiatives. • Coordinate with relevant government entities on HR and employment-related matters, where required. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 8+ years of HR experience, including experience in a managerial or leadership role. • Strong knowledge of Labour Law and HR best practices. • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, and HR operations. • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Experience with HRMS and applicant tracking About Dautom Dautom is a globally recognized IT consulting and technology services organization committed to enabling digital transformation through innovation, expertise, and a people-centric approach.
